Join us for our Third Annual Retreat, designed to foster healing, connection, and empowerment among mothers facing the challenges of having adult children with substance abuse disorders.

This retreat is designed to give you a complete break from everyday responsibilities your only task is to get here, then, relax and focus on your well-being. We’ve taken care of everything, so you can truly unwind.

• Mindfulness & Healing: We will start each day with serene sunrise yoga and meditation to center your mind and spirit.

• Adventure & Connection: Experience the tranquility of the Napanee River with kayaking, surrounded by nature’s beauty.

• Day Trip to Prince Edward County (PEC) : Get ready for a fantastic day in the beautiful town of Picton! We’ll wander through its delightful boutique shops, and then chill at a hidden beach spot for a relaxing picnic.

• Support & Therapy: We will immerse ourselves in guided art, sound and somatic therapy sessions led by dedicated professionals designed to release tension and promote emotional healing.

• Evening Bonding: Wind down around the campfire with bongo drums and music, sharing stories and laughter while creating rhythms that resonate with the spirit of our community. If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along and join in the fun!

• Meals are included: Every meal is a perfect blend of healthy options, whether its a comforting home-cooked favorite or the rich flavors of one of our finest local cuisine.

• Outdoor Games: Axe Throwing, Cornhole and Giant Jenga. All are great for focus and stress relief while enjoying friendly competitions.

• Enjoy the charm of a glamping tent by the river for a unique nature experience.

• A bedroom in the main house for anyone needing more privacy or dealing with health issues.

• Lets make your journey easier. Join us at the bus or train station in Belleville or Kingston.

We believe every mother deserves the opportunity to connect, share, and grow, regardless of her financial situation. No mother should ever feel that her circumstances prevent her from attending and benefiting from this nurturing experience.

This year, we‘re thrilled to announce that we can offer sponsorship for one or two mothers to make their retreat dreams come true! Additionally, we are providing discounts for any mother who might struggle to cover the full cost.
